This afternoon, His Excellency Governor FCPA Fernandes Barasa inspected the Shitsava ECDE Centre in Isukha Central Ward, Shinyalu Sub-County, demonstrating his commitment to strengthening early childhood education. In his address, the Governor emphasized that his administration is building a strong educational foundation by ensuring safe and quality learning spaces for children. The Shitsava Centre is among 61 ECDE projects currently at various stages of completion across Kakamega County.
